Die Cast Operator

Coordinate the processing of order entry and execution of order into the designated system (PRMS/A2400). Work closely with distributors and channel partners to support the order process. Confirm order specifications. Provide customer service responses regarding shipping and order statuses. Work with regulatory and government records to have proper NAFTA documents in place. Process all orders except for HD orders. Meaning all Wheel Service, RAV, Car Programs, PD's, International, etc. Follow up on all orders Provide lift specs to Distrs, PD's OEM Reps, etc.

High school graduate or equivalent. 2 years' experience in a customer service role within a product-based organization, or similar experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Work, and Outlook) Strong attention to detail.
