Bridal Operations Assistant

Position Summary

The Bridal Operations Assistant is the backbone of our boutique. This role ensures every gown arrives beautifully prepared and every bride's order is handled with exceptional care. While this position works mostly behind the scenes, their attention to detail directly impacts every customer's experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect all incoming bridal gowns, formalwear, and accessories.

  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and invoices.

  • Carefully unpack, inspect, and document any shipping concerns.

  • Steam gowns to boutique presentation standards.

  • Hang, bag, and properly store inventory.

  • Prepare gowns for appointments and pickups.

  • Organize stock room and maintain inventory accuracy in BridalLive.

  • Label inventory and update tracking information.

  • Assist with gown quality control before delivery to brides.

  • Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and workspaces.

  • Help merchandise new arrivals on the showroom floor.

  • Package special orders and transfers when needed.

  • Assist stylists during busy appointment days.

  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain our luxury boutique appearance.

Qualifications

  • Extremely detail-oriented.

  • Able to safely lift and move bridal gowns, boxes, and garment racks.

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.

  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

  • Takes pride in keeping spaces clean and beautiful.

  • Experience with steaming garments or retail inventory is preferred but not required.
