Position Summary

At White Euphoria Bridal & Formal, our Bridal Stylists are more than sales associates—they are trusted consultants who create unforgettable experiences. Every bride should leave feeling celebrated, confident, and excited about finding her dream gown.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one bridal appointments from welcome to celebration.

• Build genuine relationships with brides and their guests.

• Learn each bride's vision, budget, venue, and personal style.

• Curate gown selections based on each bride's unique preferences.

• Assist brides into gowns while maintaining professionalism and proper garment care.

• Educate brides on designers, fabrics, silhouettes, customization options, accessories, and timelines.

• Meet individual and team sales goals.

• Maintain accurate customer notes and orders in BridalLive.

• Follow up with brides after appointments and nurture future sales.

• Merchandise gowns, veils, and accessories throughout the showroom.

• Keep fitting rooms, mirrors, and appointment areas immaculate.

• Assist during trunk shows, special events, fashion shows, and boutique promotions.

• Support fellow team members to ensure every bride receives exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, confident, and positive personality.

• Passion for fashion, bridal, and helping women feel beautiful.

• Comfortable working weekends and appointment-based schedules.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Sales experience preferred but not required—we can teach bridal.
