Crown Staffing is hiring a skilled Millwright in Wilmington, OH!

Position: Millwright
Location: Wilmington, OH
Pay: $19+ per hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities:
-Install, align, and assemble conveyor systems, machinery, and structural components
-Perform rigging and lifting of heavy equipment using cranes, hoists, and forklifts
-Execute welding tasks (MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding) as needed
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment
-Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and proper use of tools and PPE
-Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale installation projects

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a millwright or similar mechanical/industrial maintenance role
-Proficient welding and rigging skills
-Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical instructions
-Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-Reliable transportation and good attendance

Preferred Qualifications:
-Certifications in welding, rigging, or millwright training programs
-Experience operating forklifts and cranes
