Crown Staffing is Hiring: Shop Laborer – Wilmington, OH
Pay: $17–$19/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour days); Friday OT as needed

Looking for a hardworking Shop Laborer to join the team! This is a physical role with lots of walking, movement, and some lifting of heavier parts.

Responsibilities:
Check and count incoming materials
Assist with moving materials in and out of the shop
Prepare connecting parts for fabrication
Deliver parts to the fabricating station
Support the paint operation
Enter received materials into the project system using an iPad
Basic blueprint reading and use of measuring tools

Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking for extended periods
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors
Basic understanding of blueprints or willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
