Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Multi-Skilled Production Associate.

Multi-Skilled Production Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $18.00–$22.00/hr, based on experience
Location: Wilmington, OH

Multi-Skilled Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
Work ticket and resume required.
Self-starter with a willingness to learn new skills.
Experience in carpentry, automotive mechanics, plumbing, metal fabrication, auto electrical, or a similar hands-on trade is a plus.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, screw guns, hammers, and measuring tools.
Metal fabrication experience is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints is a plus, but not required.
Ability to solve physical and technical problems using practical solutions.
Ability to communicate and collaborate professionally with coworkers across different disciplines.
Ability to recognize the difference between rough and finished work.
Forklift experience is a plus; training will be provided.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs, stretch, push, walk, bend, squat, and kneel.
Ability to occasionally lift overhead and lift 40 lbs. or more.

About the Multi-Skilled Production Associate Role
As a Multi-Skilled Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Support production operations using a variety of hands-on skills.
Perform carpentry and woodworking tasks using hand and power tools.
Assist with automotive mechanical tasks as assigned.
Perform basic plumbing-related production tasks.
Assist with metal fabrication and assembly.
Use measuring tools to accurately complete production work.
Assist with auto-electrical tasks as assigned.
Operate a forklift after training when needed.
Develop and apply solutions to physical and production-related issues.
Work with team members across different disciplines to support production needs.
Maintain quality standards and ensure completed work meets production requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
