Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Operator.

Operator Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM or 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM.
Pay Rate: $22.54/hr
Location: Wilmington, OH

Operator Requirements/Qualifications
Resume and interview required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous mechanical machine operator experience is required.
Good attendance and stable work history required (no job hoppers).
Ability to understand and follow directions in English (Spanish-friendly workplace).
Forklift and/or reach truck experience preferred.
Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

About the Operator Role
As an Operator, your responsibilities will include:
Operate production equipment while meeting production and quality standards.
Perform machine duties including lubrication, cleaning, and loading stackers.
Assist A Operators with machine setups using basic hand tools.
Load palletizers using forklifts or reach trucks.
Monitor packaging to ensure customer order specifications are met.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety procedures.
Maintain accurate production standards and quality expectations.
Perform housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and organized.
Support efficient production by maintaining proper machine operation.
Follow all company policies regarding food safety and production requirements.
