Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
Self-starter with a willingness to learn
Experience in carpentry, auto mechanics, plumbing, metal fabrication, auto electrical, or forklift operation is preferred but not required
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more as needed
Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, squat, kneel, push, pull, and walk throughout the shift
Blueprint reading experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills

About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Perform production and assembly tasks as assigned
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist with carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, fabrication, or electrical projects
Measure, cut, assemble, and install components
Read blueprints and work instructions when applicable
Inspect finished products for quality
Operate forklifts as assigned after training
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with team members to complete production goals
Complete additional duties as assigned
