Crown Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Insulator to join our team.

Job Overview:
As an Insulator, you will install, repair, and maintain insulation materials such as rubber, fiberglass, and mineral wool to help regulate temperature and improve energy efficiency in mechanical systems and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and cut insulation materials to fit pipes, ducts, and mechanical systems
Apply insulation using hand tools, adhesives, and mechanical fasteners
Ensure proper sealing and fit for maximum efficiency and safety
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Inspect completed work for compliance with industry standards
Remove old or damaged insulation when necessary
Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
Requirements:

Experience with rubber, fiberglass, or mineral wool insulation preferred
Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
