Job Title: Construction/General Laborer/Safety Watch
Location: Jeffersonville, OH

We are seeking a dedicated Construction/General Laborer with experience in pipefitting, HVAC, general construction, or concrete work to support production operations. This role involves moving and organizing materials, assisting with steel piping, supporting construction and concrete projects, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction, pipefitting, HVAC, or concrete labor and is comfortable working outdoors in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

Move and organize materials, including steel piping
Assist with pipefitting, HVAC, construction, and concrete-related tasks
Unwrap pallets and maintain a clean, safe workspace
Wear provided PPE (hard hat, vest, safety glasses) at all times
Support shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Exhibit superior attendance and punctuality
Work effectively in a team environment
Requirements:

Experience with moving freight and organizing materials
Experience in general construction, pipefitting, HVAC, or concrete work
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Able to wear and properly utilize PPE (provided)
Comfortable working outdoors and walking long distances
Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
Strong teamwork and organizational skills
