Pay: $20–$25/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with potential overtime

Crown Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join a growing team in Wilmington, OH. If you're a motivated professional who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and maintaining high safety standards, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
Troubleshoot issues in electrical systems, including faulty wiring and components
Install raceway, cable tray systems, and conduit (EMT, Rigid, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes
Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and OSHA standards
Qualifications:

Proven experience in the electrical field (industrial/commercial preferred)
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or apprenticeship a plus
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Proficiency with electrical tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
