Crown Staffing is seeking reliable General Laborers to join a growing team in Wilmington, OH. This position involves assembling grain bins and grain storage structures in an outdoor, hands-on environment.

Job Details:
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Location: Wilmington, OH

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with bolting together structures for grain bins and grain storage

Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks

Follow instructions and work safely as part of a team

Perform general construction-related duties as needed

Operate forklifts or other equipment as required (training provided)

Requirements:
Previous construction or assembly experience preferred

Must be comfortable lifting 50 lbs continuously

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs as needed (heavy equipment available for most lifts)

Ability to work in outdoor conditions

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
