Assembler

Assembler – Wilmington, OH
Pay: $16/hour Full-Time
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a production team in Wilmington, OH. This role is hands-on and ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up workstations and prepare components for assembly.
Align and assemble parts into subassemblies and finished products according to specifications.
Use hand tools and air tools to assist in assembly; may require operation of additional tools as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all safety guidelines.
Follow supervisor instructions and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience also considered.
Able to follow quality and production standards.
Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays as scheduled.
Open to learning new processes and procedures.
Team player with good communication skills.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Able to read basic blueprints and tape measurements.
