Crown Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Millwright to join our team in Wilmington, OH. This position plays a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and systems within a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in rigging and welding, and the ability to work collaboratively to complete complex projects safely and efficiently.

Position Overview:
As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, aligning, and assembling conveyor systems, machinery, and support structures. You will perform rigging and lifting of heavy equipment using cranes, hoists, and forklifts, and execute various welding techniques as required. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings will be essential to troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment. Adherence to safety standards and teamwork are paramount to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, align, and assemble conveyor systems, machinery, and structural components
Rig and lift heavy equipment safely using cranes, hoists, and forklifts
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding as necessary to complete fabrication and repairs
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs on industrial equipment
Maintain compliance with all safety procedures, including proper use of tools and PPE
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar industrial maintenance role
Skilled in welding and rigging techniques
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documentation
Physically able to perform demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong focus on detail, safety, and quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in welding, rigging, or millwright-related training programs
Experience operating forklifts and cranes
