Crown Staffing is excited to announce openings for General Laborers in Wilmington, OH. We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious individuals to join our team for 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) or a Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift with overtime available on Fridays when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safety compliance and assist in producing quality products.
Perform quality checks and package finished materials.
Support machine cleaning and communicate operational issues to the team.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Complete production reports and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean workspace.
Assist in moving materials throughout the production area.

Qualifications:
Reliable, team-oriented, and accountable.
Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts or Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM with possible overtime on Fridays.
