Crown Staffing is hiring: Assembly Worker – Wilmington, OH
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $17/hr
Crown Staffing is looking for a reliable Assembly Worker to join our Wilmington team. This hands-on role involves assembling various products and components into finished goods while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform any required setup activities for assembly
Position and align components for assembly
Assemble fabricated or purchased parts into subassemblies and finished products according to a bill of materials
Operate hand tools and air tools to assist in assembly; additional tool operation may be required
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations
Follow instructions from supervisors and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to meet quality and production standards set by the department
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled
Ability and willingness to learn new processes as needed
Comfortable working in a team-centered environment
Ability to read and follow simple instructions, written or verbal
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Ability to read basic tape measures and simple blueprints
Work Environment:
Hands-on work in a manufacturing setting
Physically capable of standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks as required
