QA Inspector II

Crown Staffing is hiring: Machine QA Inspector II – Wilmington, OH
Pay: $18–$22/hr DOE
Crown Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Machine QA Inspector II to join our team in Wilmington. This role involves inspecting components and finished products at various stages of production, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, parts, components, and finished products for compliance with specifications
Follow inspection plans and document observations accurately
Report non-conformances and maintain inspection records
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Availability for shift work and overtime as needed
Proficient with basic math and able to convert fractions to decimals
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions
Working knowledge of ERP computer systems
Understanding of gage bias (stability, precision, accuracy, linearity, repeatability, reproducibility)
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
Good vision, including peripheral, depth perception, and color vision
Minimum of 3 years on-the-job inspection experience
Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively
Understanding of statistical sampling and product evaluation
Work Environment:
Hands-on work in a manufacturing environment
Close interaction with production teams to ensure quality standards
