About the Role
Crown Staffing is looking for experienced Pipe Welders with strong TIG welding skills to join our team in Wilmington, OH. In this role, you’ll weld and fit pipe according to precise specifications, read and interpret blueprints, and produce high-quality, accurate welds. Candidates must be able to work independently while following all safety standards and keeping a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on pipe to meet exact specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Fit, align, and assemble piping systems accurately
Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace
Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

Proven TIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility for day shifts (some overtime may be required)
Willingness to work overtime when needed
