Machine Operator – Wilmington, OH
Pay: Starting at $19/hour

Crown Staffing is hiring Machine Operators in Wilmington, OH. In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and operate machines to perform precise machining operations, including drilling, reaming, countersinking, spot facing, and tapping of metal work pieces. We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable candidates who can maintain quality and production standards.

What You’ll Do
Read blueprints or shop packets to determine product specifications, hole locations, tooling, and other requirements
Set up machines, fixtures, cutting tools, stops, locators, and coolant as needed
Align tools accurately using jigs and guide bushings
Verify machined parts meet quality specifications and document your work
Inspect set-up pieces and handle scrap appropriately
Follow department quality and production goals consistently
Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 5S principles
Be flexible and willing to learn other jobs in the area
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience
Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions
Strong communication skills and ability to document work accurately
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
