Material Handler – Wilmington, OH
Starting Pay: $16/hour

Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable Material Handler to join our team in Wilmington, OH. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for moving, organizing, and managing materials to keep operations running smoothly. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work, we want you!

What You’ll Do
Move materials around the facility or job site safely and efficiently
Load and unload pallets, racks, trays, and other storage units
Prepare materials for shipping or outside services
Operate forklifts and industrial trucks in designated areas
Track and record materials accurately
Communicate with team members and other departments about material needs
Assist with inventory counts and organization
Support the team with other tasks as needed

Requirements

Forklift certification (required in designated areas)
High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience
Able to work overtime and Saturdays when needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic math skills and ability to document work accurately
Comfortable operating industrial equipment safely
Basic computer skills
