General Labor - Full Time

General Labor – Wilmington, OH
Pay: $18–$22/hour (DOE)

Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable General Laborer in Wilmington, OH. This is a hands-on production role that involves multiple skill sets. We are looking for motivated individuals with experience who are ready to contribute immediately.

What You’ll Do
Perform a variety of production tasks based on your experience
Work with hand and power tools across multiple disciplines
Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Contribute to creating high-quality finished products

Skills & Experience
Carpentry: Using saws, drills, hammers, and measuring tools
Metal Fabrication: Welding, measuring, and joining metals structurally
Auto-Mechanical or Auto-Electrical: Mechanical or electrical work experience
Plumbing: General plumbing skills
Forklift Operation: Must be certified or have experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of these areas are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements
Regular: Lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, walking, pushing, climbing stairs
Intermittent: Lifting overhead, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders
