Assembly Workers – Wilmington, OH
Pay: $17/hour

Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Assembly Workers to join our team in Wilmington, OH. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build high-quality products by assembling components and subassemblies, operating basic tools, and keeping the work area safe and organized.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and prepare materials and components for assembly

Position and align parts accurately for assembly
Assemble fabricated or purchased parts into subassemblies and finished products following a bill of materials
Use air tools and hand tools to assist with assembly tasks
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company procedures and safety rules
Follow directions from supervisors and complete other tasks as assigned

Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience
Ability to meet quality and production standards consistently
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
Comfortable learning new processes and working in a team environment
Ability to follow simple written or verbal instructions and communicate effectively
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
