About the Role:
Crown Staffing is seeking motivated General Labor / Production Associates for our Wilmington, OH location. This is a production-based role that can incorporate multiple skills—but no prior experience is required! We provide full training for the right candidates. If you are a self-starter willing to learn, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials
Assist in carpentry, plumbing, metal fabrication, auto-mechanical, or auto-electrical tasks
Use hand and power tools safely (saws, drills, screw guns, hammers, welders, etc.)
Collaborate professionally with team members across disciplines
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Produce high-quality work with attention to detail
Helpful Skills (not required, training provided):

Carpentry
Welding / Metal Fabrication
Auto-Mechanical / Auto-Electrical
Plumbing
Qualifications:

Self-motivated and willing to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Team player with good communication skills
