Machine Operator

Crown Staffing is hiring a Full Time Machine Operator in Wilmington, OH!
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $16/hr

Summary:
We're looking for a dependable Machine Operator to help set up and run machines that perform drilling, tapping, countersinking, and other machining operations on metal parts. If you enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Do:
Read blueprints or shop packets to understand product specs and tooling needs
Set up machines (mount fixtures, adjust speeds/feeds, install cutting tools, set stops/locators, adjust coolant)
Align tools and jigs for accurate machining
Inspect machined parts at required intervals and record results
Verify machine setup and handle any scrap as needed
Keep work area clean and follow all safety and 5S guidelines
Be open to learning other tasks in the department
Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Training or related experience is a plus

Qualifications:
Must be able to meet quality and production expectations
Ability to read and follow simple written, verbal, or diagram instructions
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers/fractions/decimals)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
