QA Inspector

QA Inspector Full Time – Wilmington, OH

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? We’re looking for a QA Inspector to join our team! In this role, you’ll ensure that products and components meet quality standards at every stage of production, from raw materials to finished goods. You’ll document inspections, report non-conformances, and help maintain high-quality standards across the board.

What You’ll Do:

Inspect raw materials, parts, components, and finished products for compliance with specifications.
Accurately document inspection results and report any non-conformances.
Follow established inspection plans and procedures.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support quality initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; convert fractions to decimals).
Comfortable using computer systems for recordkeeping.
Knowledge of measurement tools and quality checks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Good vision, including depth perception and color vision.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Additional Details:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18-$22 hour, DOE
Availability for shift work and overtime as needed
