Experience: I have over 10 years experience in the Business Products/Commercial Interiors arena. Joining the Indoff sales team has enabled me to expand my product lines exponentially while keeping pricing at an even more competitive level.
Sales Philosophy: In that 10 years I have built relationships with my customers that are based on mutual trust and ethical sales methods that were easily transferred to the “Indoff family” sales philosophy. My sales motto is pretty simple, “Make friends and sell to your friends”.
I would say that my most important sales tools, are “attention to detail” and communication. If it’s a question as basic as what toner to use with their printer to where is my shipment of school desks, my customers know that they can always call and get the correct answer the first time…with a smile.
Products/Services: While concentrating primarily on Business Products in the past, with Indoff’s myriad of Commercial Interiors vendors and expertise I have been able to significantly increase my Commercial Interiors sales. We literally can provide any type of service from outfitting your new office to consulting and space planning your multifloored office building. We not only have a very knowledgeable corporate staff but partners from Alaska to Mexico that can advise and assist with any installation, large or small.
Sales Area: While my primary sales area is Clinton & contiguous counties, our location within the triangle of Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus makes direct servi
